The evolution of PKT: the cartridge combined with an 18 V LiHD battery from the CAS alliance. The batteries are compatible with more than 100 tools of CAS partners.

PWM production machines
The subsidiary PREBENA PWM develops production machines for collated fasteners. Vertical integration guarantees control from the very beginning.

BoWiTec produces wire strip for the production of nails and staples. Own raw material means full quality control from the very start of production.
ETA certification
PREBENA fasteners hold a European Technical Assessment (ETA) as construction products. Load-bearing timber joints are designed according to Eurocode 5.

ETA and Eurocode 5 – the basis for responsible construction
A European Technical Assessment confirms the properties of a fastener for use in load-bearing timber structures. Designers use the capacities, minimum spacings and edge distances given in the ETA documentation and design joints according to Eurocode 5 (EN 1995-1-1).
PREBENA staples with the suffix -ETA in the product code (for example the WD and WP series) are intended for exactly these applications – timber frame houses, roof structures and sheathing.
