The cart offers the delivery method automatically according to the weight of your order. For large quantities or delivery to a building site we will gladly prepare an individual price quote including transport.
When you will receive your goods
- In stock in Banská Bystrica – orders received on a working day by 12:00 are dispatched the same day. The courier usually delivers on the next working day. For personal pickup, collect your goods after we e-mail you that the order is ready.
- In the central warehouse – we order the goods from the central warehouse and confirm the delivery date by e-mail or phone.
- On order – we check availability and the delivery date with the manufacturer and contact you before dispatch.
We do not dispatch on weekends and public holidays. The expected delivery date is shown for every product and in the cart.

Paying by bank transfer
After placing the order you will receive an e-mail with payment details and a PAY by square QR code – just scan it in your banking app. You can also enter the payment manually:
- Bank: ČSOB, a.s.

- SWIFT: CEKOSKBX
- Variable symbol: your order number
We ship or prepare your order for pickup as soon as the payment is credited to our account.
Buying for a company
In the cart, tick “I am buying for a company” and fill in your company ID, tax ID and VAT ID. The invoice will be issued to your company. Product prices are shown both including and excluding VAT.
Receiving the shipment
Please check the packaging on delivery. If it is damaged, record it with the courier and contact us as soon as possible at prebena@prebena.sk or +421 48 413 31 84.
